Calvin has been an integral part of several successful ventures. He co-founded ReTech Technology Co, a prominent EduTech firm in China, steering it to a successful IPO in 2017 before retiring as non-executive Chairman in June 2023. Prior to this, Calvin was involved in co-founding a luxury events and media company in Singapore. He also partnered with some of Alibaba’s co-founders to establish Longbridge, an online brokerage and FinTech platform.

His diverse professional background includes serving as the President of Elite Model Management for Asia and managing the licenses for Ford Supermodel of the World in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.

Adding to his achievements, Calvin currently serves as the Honorary Consul and Head of Diplomatic Mission for the Republic of Serbia in Singapore. He previously held the role of an appointed Member of Parliament in Singapore. Calvin is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, followed by a Master of Science in Management.

Blair is a recognised industry expert in regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime, having held leadership and executive positions including roles at Gemini, Circle, CashFlows, ICE and Paysafe Group.

Blair is an Advisor to the Digital Economic Initiative and has held numerous Executive and Non-Executive Board positions.

Milos is a former pro athlete turned into a multifaceted financial industry professional focused on anti-financial crime, technology and crypto economy. Milos has been involved in the digital assets industry as an investor and supporter of early stage web3 and DeFi projects since 2014.

Previously, Milos held positions at the financial industry leaders such as Allianz, BearingPoint and Deloitte. Milos's diverse professional background includes further private ventures in fashion jewellery, advisory and email marketing businesses.

As an inquisitive and empathetic non-financial risk and compliance leader, Milos has advised numerous Chief Compliance Officers and Chief Risk Officers during his time as a technology and business consultant. Milos is an alumnus of University of Vienna and Lauder Business School where he earned master degrees in International Politics and Economics and Banking, Finance and Compliance.
